Our Dosa recipes are inspired by our travel to India that are gluten-free and you can experience the aesthetic homemade food we make our own spices and add Indian flavors to our batter that creates a special twist to produce unique dosa recipes, these dosa’s turn out to be soft.

Varieties of Dosa:

Rava Dosa


Rava Dosa: This crispy dosa is made of semolina, rice flour and all purpose flour that does not require any fermentation.

Masala Dosa


Masala Dosa: This dosa is stuffed with potato filling, it’s a crisp, golden brown dosa but one that’s till soft.

Onion Rava Dosa: Made with semolina, rice flour, onions and all purpose flour


Ghee Dosa



Ghee Dosa: This dosa is overdosed with ghee that melts in your mouth.

Kal Dosa


Kal Dosa: The size of this dosa is thrice the size of the normal dosa, the batter is extremely thick and it tastes extremely good.

Plain Dosa


Plain Dosa: This dosa is made of rich batter of semolina and urad dal, which tastes as crispy as it can be.

At dosa catering we serve dosa’s with side dishes such as coconut chutney and sambar. 

Coconut Chutney: a semisolid paste made up of coconut, dal (lentils), green chili and mint or coriander

Sambar: The vegetables, tamarind pulp, sambar powder, turmeric and salt are boiled together and are allowed to cook. Sambar is garnished with fresh curry leaves or coriander leaves. Dosa’s are must on your plates for every south Indians, they start their morning breakfast with either dosa or idli, this is their routine and it’s mandatory.
